Our club’s AGM will be held:
on Wednesday, 25th November
at 4:30pm
in The Melland Room, Blewbury Clubhouse (the clubhouse to Blewbury’s Football / Cricket pitch; across Boham’s Road from our grounds, past the Tennis Court car park).
Formal business will be as set out in our constitution: receiving a report on last year’s activities & next year’s financial projections, setting next year’s membership rates and other charges, electing next year’s Committee, etc.
This year’s agenda will include a Committee resolution to licence the Club for sale of alcohol. A full set of papers will be emailed to all members at least 14 days ahead of the meeting.
Prize-giving will follow the formal business agenda, with tea and cake also provided.
